Requesting deletion
To request deletion of personal data or account information associated with a Diadem Technologies service, contact Diadem Technologies and identify the service or account involved. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Deletion requests are handled subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, contractual and record-retention requirements. Information that must be retained for those purposes may be preserved for the required period and then removed or anonymized when appropriate.
